We don't offer any docking stations, but you can use any one that is designed for USB-A, USB-C, or Thunderbolt 4.

Why can't I activate Windows?

If you receive a message saying you cannot activate Windows, for example, "Unable to activate Windows It looks like the hardware on this device has changed. Make sure you're connected to the Internet and try again later. (0x0ea000a)," then follow the steps below.

1. Open Powershell as administrator

2. Enter the command: slmgr -ipk <Your product key here>

3. Then enter this command: slmgr -ato

Why did my super key stop working?

Pressing Fn+F2 will disable the super key. If your super key isn't working simply press Fn+F2 again to reenable it.

Can I customize the Quick Ship laptops?

You can customize every option on the Quick Ship laptops that you find under the Shop menu at the top and bottom of each page on our site, except for the processor and graphics. If you change either one of these we won't be able to ship within 1-3 business days, because once you add the laptop to the cart you will see the processor or graphics is backordered.

Are your laptops compatible with Qubes OS?

We haven't tested our laptops for compatibility with Qubes OS and cannot provide any additional information. If one of our users tests Qubes OS for compatibility and reports back to us we will post the results here.

Yes, if you select the NVIDIA graphics on any of our models your system will also include Intel's Iris integrated graphics, which can help increase battery life when the NVIDIA GPU is not in use.

Why does the GRUB menu reload after I select the Windows Boot Manager on my dual-boot system?

The first time you setup Windows 11 the laptop will restart which requires you to reselect the Windows Boot Manager a second time. After the initial setup, you will only have to select the Windows Boot Manager once in order to boot into Windows.

For credit/debit card orders, if you pass the 3DS verification during checkout, you can ship to any address even if it's not the billing address. For Paypal orders, you can ship to any confirmed address on Paypal, even if it's not the billing address on the card you used on that platform. For bank wire orders, you can ship to any address.
